Spent a great Christmas week at a charming hotel. Friendly staff and good food, with a nice choice on the menu. Location was perfect - peaceful and tucked away, but still within walking distance of shops. Stunning views of the mountains. Room was clean and spacious.
The language barrier was a bit of an issue. Sometimes difficult to communicate with staff who had limited English skills.

The views from the terrace to the garden, the food which although not varied was very good except for those mentioned above, the garden walk with the bridge, the pool was cool with the solarium and relaxation area with its music party at night, boat decoration and towel loop of the cleaning woman
Ants came to the bathroom at night, limited drinks with machine cocktails having paid for an all-inclusive, machine aguachirri coffee, more water than coffee and strange taste, few channels and could not be searched anymore because it was blocked, small old TV that sounded, no air conditioning, limited meal times that barely leave time to see the island, bad brand jam tastes terrible and hot yogurts, not much variety of food, rotten fruits sometimes, 2 small people's meal tables, the road to and from the hotel with socabons and stones.

Very spacious room, very clean, maybe a little hard mattresses for my taste, but they were also completely new. The location is a little far away, but on the other hand that brings the ease of parking. . The good food, some things better than others of course, but with a reasonable variety . Excellent breakfast. Very nice reception and cleaning staff. Very nice dining staff in general especially the waitress called Delia, a girl's charm. Very nice bar staff also I don't know their names, most of them were bald, and it was nice to deal with them. The average age of the staff is seen to be over 40 years, so they are professional people, who are not novices, they know how to do their job. I don't understand some criticism that they find it terrible that the TV is a tube... I think there are more important things. . A detail that I liked very much, in the balconies there is a clothesline for the clothes, which is a comfort, just this time I had remembered to take a rope. Excellent value for money in the all-inclusive format
The shower does not have a screen, so you have to be careful not to let the water out, of course you have to understand that the screen slows down the work of the cleaners. The method of serving drinks in the dining room is a little slow. The fruit of the desserts I was expecting a little more tropical as it would be expected in the Canary Islands. . And I missed more typical Canarian dishes in the buffet

the location was perfect, it was in the center and close to the beach. I could easily walk to the local shops after lunch or take a cheap taxi. the room was spacious and clean, with a good shower in the bathroom. the staff provided excellent service and made me feel welcome. the breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the beautiful view from my room.
The wifi in the lobby didn't work consistently, which was a bit frustrating.

Reception: they treated us great, always attentive to what we needed and answering our questions with a smile, especially David. Kitchen: the food is good and there is enough variety. Animation: the girl I can't remember her name by now is very nice and is always smiling and trying to cheer people up. Cleaning: the room is very clean, my congratulations to the girls ;-)
Dining room service: in general it is bad, plates and glasses are piled up on the tables (in the end we took them to the car ourselves), and we were surprised by the behavior of one of the waiters with long brown hair (you can not provide the name because the waiters do not carry identification which I do not understand) with total reluctance, we spoke quite badly not only to us but also to other customers with whom he had problems too, yawning over our something quite unpleasant when you are facing the public and with your mouth open on you while eating dinner, and with a face of few friends.. something that already makes you feel uneasy and want to leave .

It is a hotel located in a residential area of Tenerife and walking to the center is about 20 minutes (down but when you return everything goes up :-). The good thing is that the hotel itself offers a minibus that leaves every hour to go down to the promenade where there is the atmosphere. As soon as you arrive, it offers you the timetables. There is a swimming pool open until 22h. The free buffet at all meals is more than varied.
There are usually groups from the IMSERSO, it is not a hotel for couples looking for romance. If you get a room near the disco, you can hear the music until the party is over. I think that the teas and teas could be included in the free buffet. To drink coffee or tea we had to go up to the bar on the top floor and drink it there paying separately.

The photos you see are definetly not relating to the hotel. These pictures are staged or from when the hotel first opened years ago.
The weather.
No sun beds by pool. Food very poor. Staff extremlry rude. Hotel old very dated, beds smelt of urine and uncomfortable. I will never return to this hotel.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tenerife. The first thing that struck me was the incredible value for money. This hotel offers great prices for what you get. The attention to detail in terms of cleanliness was impressive. The rooms were kept immaculately clean and had a perfect view of Mount Tiede. The basic amenities were all there, and the shower was particularly good. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location near a decent beach and the botanical gardens was a definite highlight.
All was great, no improvement needed.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel was tucked away in a peaceful area, providing a relaxing atmosphere.- The all-inclusive food options were delicious, with a great variety to choose from.
Some noise disturbances during the night due to loud guests, although the hotel staff were willing to address the issue. The bar in the evening had strict drink serving policies, allowing only one drink at a time and requiring the previous drink to be finished before ordering another.
